Welcome to Autumn Grange
The home provides specialist care and treatment for people with physical and/or dementia related illness and caters for permanent or short-stay convalescence and day care.
Our expert nursing and care teams are here to ensure your welfare and optimum health, working in partnership with local doctors to access all available medical and therapeutic services.
Care and nursing teams are trained to provide high quality care at all times. We work with each resident and their family to ensure we live up to your expectations and enjoy good support from local healthcare professionals.
The activities programme is well thought out and headed up by our full time activities co-ordinator’ offering something for everyone. Of course we are always open to new ideas and suggestions and will welcome your input.
In addition, we recognise the importance of one to one quality time and use activities such as conversation, reminiscence and friendship clubs to ensure no one is left out.
We think you will be pleasantly surprised when you visit Autumn Grange and meet our residents and staff. We have a wonderful community living and enjoy life to the full.
“We like to go out shopping, swimming, visiting places of interest or just for a cup of tea and a chat at the local café – or the pub”
“People really care about what we think – they ask us – and we tell them”
