Finding the right home for yourself or someone you love can be a daunting task at a time when you are often least prepared. Help and support from local services may be limited and you could be working against time pressures to find somewhere fast.
A call or email to any one of our homes or our head office will ensure you receive a personal service, with sufficient time and information to help you make the right decision.
We will conduct a full assessment in your own home, or hospital and from the information you tell us will recommend a suitable service or care home.
All our services are registered with the Care Quality Commission and hold contracts with the local authorities and PCT. In some homes we can also offer out of area placements, for specialist services such as mental illness with dementia and challenging behaviours or complex needs.
If we are unable to meet your requirements at one of our Monarch Healthcare homes we will assist you in taking the next steps through our network of care services.
